The 75th and I-10 Commerceplex is a three-building, 258,769-sf industrial complex. Built in 2000, the project has 18-foot to 30-foot clear heights, truck wells, grade-level loading and 60-foot concrete truck aprons. Brokers are marketing the 77%-occupied complex at 40 cents per sf.
In Glendale, Q Masters leased 2,700 sf at the Glendale Airpark Business Center at 7255 N. 110th Ave. Matt Hobaica and Marc Pierce, also with Lee & Associates Arizona, structured the pact for the building owner, Glen Harbor Blvd LLC, and the tenant.
