The approved scheme includes 53 apartments totalling 150,000 sf; 55,000 sf of residential car parking, 60,000 sf of high specification offices around a central atrium and a 25,000-sf three-storey flagship store opposite Harrods on the Brompton Road.

The decision to sell comes shortly after the completion of Prudential's 275,000-sf office and retail project at 1 Knightsbridge Green, let to J Walter Thompson and New Star Asset Management Group. On an adjoining site, construction has also begun on The Knightsbridge, a 200 unit residential complex, due for completion in 2004.
