An undetermined amount of the $2 million will be for ''co-development'' design options that will provide a line of retail stores and restaurants along 14th Street.
Other expenditures will include $121,000 to incorporate an existing pedestrian bridge to the Denver Center for Performing Arts complex next to the convention center and $2,600 for a survey for the former Terra Centre building that was razed to make way for the convention center.
