In the first transaction, Paxar signed a lease for 30,000 sf of office space at 105 Corporate Park Dr. in White Plains, NY, which the company will continue to use as its corporate headquarters. Originating as a sublet transaction, a new direct lease was renegotiated with the owner of the property, who was not named. In the second lease, Paxar has taken some 20,000 sf of flex space at 16-00 Pollitt Dr. in Fair Lawn, NJ, which the company will use for its art department and customer service operations.
Finally, Paxar has sold its 48,000-sf flex facility at 500 E. 35th St. in Paterson, NJ to Concerned Parents for Head Start, which will convert the building into an educational facility. Sale price and terms of the deal were not disclosed.
