The total lettable space is approximately 105,000 sft and the tenants include The Big Group, DEFRA, Lunn Poly, Scottish & Newcastle and Clark Retail. The purchase price reflects a net initial yield of 8.3%.

Halladale Chief Executive David Lockhart said: 'With some 43 tenancies, these retail properties offer us a wide range of asset management opportunities, which will enable us to both improve the retail offer and environment and increase the individual asset values.'
