Westchase Commons Tech Center is a three-building office/warehouse park with about 150,000 sf . Built in 2000, the state-of-the-art business park is 82% occupied with quoted lease rates of $9.95 per sf annually.
The building owner of record, Today Westchase Commons LP, is an entity of Vantage Cos. Houston Division. Walter Menuet was the in-house marketing executive who represented the building owner at the bargaining table. Chad Baker and Garrold Parratt, both of Houston's the Staubach Co., represented Cardtronics in the deal.
