Salmon Harvester Lines up Another Heathrow Office Scheme

LONDON-Salmon Harvester Properties has added to its development portfolio around London's Heathrow airport. It has bought 150 Great South West Road from DHL and plans a 32,500-sf office scheme.

Salmon Harvester Director Rorie Henderson said: 'With demand for Heathrow office space remaining buoyant, we are confident that these proposals will be well received by potential occupiers and we will make a start on site as soon as possible.'

DTZ Debenham Tie Leung is advising Salmon Harvester and Hilbery Chaplin Porter represented DHL.
