Stukalin is one of the Dallas-based Weitzman's top producers, specializing in tenant representation. He tells GlobeSt.com that Weitzman was his first employer in the commercial real estate industry. "It's been a fast-paced five years," he said. He will oversee day-to-day operations for the brokerage portion of the Houston office, where the team holds nearly four million sf of retail leasing and management assignments. He also will be directing the brokerage team and working with the development and management staff of affiliate, Cencor Realty Services, plus overseeing new business development activities.

Stukalin says the company plans to hire another office executive to oversee development activities and property management staff. For now, he says his focus is to hire an investment specialist and tenant representation broker.

Weitzman and Cencor currently are working on the Cullen Crossing, a 108,000-sf Kroger-anchored shopping center in Pearland; Autumn Creek Shopping Center, a 92,000-sf Kroger-anchored center in Friendswood; and the Crossing at 518, a 350,000-sf power center at Texas 288 and Texas 518, also in Pearland.
