The Stiles Corp. venture is scheduled to break ground on the Broward County project in June and be completed by summer 2003. The site is on the northeast corner of Miramar Parkway and SW 172nd Ave.
A total 31,000 sf remains to be leased at estimated rents of $15 to $20 per sf. Stiles declines to disclose specific rent numbers.
Stiles division Architecture 6400 Inc. is designing the center. Stiles Construction Co. is the general contractor. Two other Stiles shopping centers under development are West Creek Commons in Coconut Creek, Broward County; and Heathbrook Commons Shopping Center in Ocala, Marion County.
Stiles, headed by Terry W. Stiles, has an office, industrial and retail portfolio of owned and operated properties totaling 22 million sf in the Southeast.
