SAISE paid $566,280 or $1.30 per sf for the land. The land is located on the south side of 41st Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road. Tom Young of NAI Horizon's Phoenix office represented buyer and seller in the land transaction.

SAISE works with insurance companies to impound and store wrecked cars. The company was ready to expand, but its ability to do so along 41st Avenue was stymied until the state decided the fate of the proposed Paradise Freeway, Young tells GlobeSt.com.

In Peoria, about 1.2 acres were bought by Tutor Time Dear Valley Group LLC. The land is near the northwest corner of Deer Valley Road and 83rd Avenue. The day-care provider paid $335,000.

Zach Pace of Phoenix Commercial Advisors represented the buyer. Lance Ross of Ross Brown Partners Inc. brokered the sale for Arizona Pizza Co.
