"The space fits them like a glove," Transwestern Commercial Services senior vice president Hank Dudgeon tells GlobeSt.com. Transwestern represented the building's owner, Kenwood Management, in the deal. "It's a plug-and-play situation for them. The space was already built-out for an electrical distributor who went out of the building," he says.

The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed, but lease rates for the flex property range from $10 to $15 per sf. Other tenants at the Loudoun County building include software development company Optimum Solutions Inc. and nonprofit development organization INMED, which houses its international headquarters in the building.
