The international firm of Bracewell & Patterson added 9,478 sf to take its total office accommodations to 34,776 sf at Lincoln Plaza. The firm now occupies the entire 40th floor and is moving up to a portion of the 41st floor.
The Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. team of Rick Hughes and Noel Hutcheson, both in Dallas, and Tim Relyea of the Houston office negotiated the long-term deal. Blaine Hale of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented Lincoln Plaza's owner.
Provost Umphrey LLP will be moving from a temporary office at 2214 Main St. to a 6,043-sf office in One McKinney Place. The office will be headed up by former federal Judge Joe Kendall. Move-in is set for June 1.
Bill McClung, a C&W senior director in Dallas, handled talks for the tenant. Gaedeke Holdings II Ltd., the building owner, used its in-house representative, Michael Haas, to structure the long-term pact.
