Now with 179,180 sf, Standard Furniture, a supplier to the wholesale furniture industry, occupies nearly half of the 457,000-sf warehouse building located at 2500 Pellissier Pl. The building is 100% occupied. The balance of the 475,000-sf space is used by Washington Mutual.
The City of Industry facility is part of Standard's more than 2 million sf of warehouse space throughout the country. Standard Furniture manufactures and imports dining room, bedroom, and home office furniture under both the Standard Furniture and Grand Designs lines.
