James Harper, associate director at the Phoenix office of Insignia/ESG, says the company started out 10 years ago with 1,200 sf and grew to 5,000 sf. Eventually, Art Wholesalers moved into a 30,000-sf manufacturing facility in Gilbert.
"Their continued growth," Harper says, "led them to seek out a 40,000-sf building. This one fit the bill and has a great location near the mall and the Price Freeway."
In addition to Harper, Insignia/ESG director Ken McQueen and associate broker Andy Ogan represented the sublessor, Wooddale, II-based Electrowire Inc. Dwain Ellingson of Phoenix's EBS & Associates negotiated the pact for Art Wholesalers.
