Vadim Gilman, financial manager of the company, tells GlobeSt.com that Oridion had three offices in the US--in California, New Jersey and downtown Boston--for each of the company's different branches. This move will consolidate the three braches under one roof. The company, which specializes in the analysis of human breath samples to improve patient care, chose to stay in this area, he says, because of its well established network of hospitals.

The company says that it has recently entered into a series of new OEM and private label agreements with leading companies in the US, Europe and Japan for new monitoring products for all types of clinical environments. While it says it cannot disclose the names of these partners yet, Oridion says the agreements call for the incorporation of Oridion's Microstream technology into various new product launches anticipated for 2002 and 2003.

Oridion Systems Ltd. operates through its wholly owned subsidiaries in the US, Europe, Japan and Israel.
