The assets, which have been acquired for $2 million, consist of nine executive suite centers and leaseholds. One property is located in Frisco, TX, while the rest of the sites are scattered throughout the Southland, including Irvine, Los Angeles, Rancho Santa Margarita and Cerritos.
Bascom has taken ownership under the company Premier Office Centers LLC dba Premier Business Centers. The LLC plans to upgrade the centers by improving the common areas, phone systems, and copying and computer equipment.
Both Great Offices Inc. and The Bascom Group LLC were represented in-house. With this acquisition, The Bascom Group and its wholly owned subsidiary Premier Business Centers will be one of the largest privately held owners of executive suites in Southern California. In fact, Premier Business Center is expected to grow even larger, as the company plans to acquire and develop 50 executive suites throughout the Western United States over the next five years.
