In addition to its offices in the Allegany Building, Kaiser leases other space in structures throughout WesTech, which offers 331,000-sf of space. "They occupy about a third of the park," Trammell Crow's Kathy Keller tells GlobeSt.com. Trammell Crow Company represented the owner while Grubb & Ellis stood in for the tenant.
Other park tenants include Children's Hospital Center and Nextel. While the financial terms of the renewal are not being released, Keller says the asking rental rate for space in the park's eight single-story buildings is about $15-per-sf, and $24-per-sf for space in the complex's two mid-rise structures.
