The 204,000-sf Paradise Valley Corporate Center is going up on the southwest corner of Cactus and Paradise Village Parkway adjacent to the Paradise Valley Mall.
Phoenix-based Summit Builders was the general contractor for the office building and a 250,000-sf, five-story parking garage with 900 spaces. The project area spans 6.8 acres. Paradise Valley is Summit's sixth project for Denali. The list includes Stapley Center in Mesa, Deer Valley Financial Center in Phoenix and Broadway 101 in Tempe.
The developer-builder duo is teaming on a seventh project, Warner Courtyards. Located on the southeast corner of Warner and Kyrene roads in Tempe, the project is a single-story, class A, 121,200-sf speculative office building scheduled for completion in late summer.
