A 5,970-sf building, located at 1595 Jayken Way, was sold to Klaser Tile for $513,000. Klaser Tile is one of San Diego's largest ceramic tile contractors, specializing in private commercial projects.
A 6,060-sf building located at 1579 Jayken Way was sold to Line Text International for $500,000. Line Text International is a provider of rotary printing and converting equipment, parts and supplies to the graphic arts industry.
The seller, Westcore Industrial Properties, was represented by Michael Mossmer of Voit Commercial Brokerage in both transactions. Klaser Tile was represented by Chris Holder of Burnham Real Estate Services ONCOR International.
Line Text International was represented by Art Bleier of Voit Commercial Brokerage.
Westcore Industrial Properties bought the business park in January from the California State Teachers Retirement System. The firm has one other building in escrow and is negotiating the sale of three additional buildings.
