Gus Gianulias, who owns a chunk of retail real estate throughout the state, purchased the property along with his sons, Jon and Chris, and his brother, Andy, from AMG Realty, a New York-based investment partnership.
University Office Park is a fully leased, 97,000-sf office park, which is located at Howe Avenue and Fair Oaks Boulevard in the Campus Commons area. The complex's tenants include Bank of America and Wells Fargo Bank.
The office complex was put on the market last year for $19 million. However, the actual purchase price is confidential. Lange and C&C colleagues Mark Ziemendorf, John Frisch and Sam Wright represented AMG, while Jon Gianulias and John DuBois of CB Richard Ellis represented the Gianulias partnership.
