The Medwin-Wardell team, representing Lincoln, the property's developer, put Fort Lauderdale, FL-based Citrix Systems Inc. into 138,140 sf of class A space in Cambridge Executive Center II at 851 W. Cypress Creek Road, five miles north of Downtown Fort Lauderdale.

The 15-year lease is valued at $45 million or $22 per sf. Timothy D. Cross of Syndicon Properties Inc. negotiated for Citrix. The three brokers are members of SIOR, a 700-member professional group based in Washington, DC.

Citrix, a Nasdaq-traded software company, has moved into portions of the building and expects to occupy most of the six-story structure by year end. The building was completed in December 2001.
