CBRE's Leonard Follows Saykaly and Barron to NewBridge

ATLANTA-As vice president/marketing and content, Lynn Leonard will be responsible for monitoring conditions and opportunities in the 80 cities NewBridge Retail Advisors covers in the Southeast/Mid-Atlantic region.

After four years at CBRE, Leonard is reuniting with principals Gary Saykaly and Van Barron intheir new Newbridge venture. Saykaly and Barron are former managing partners of CBRE's retail group.

Leonard previously assisted the CBRE retail team in selling 20 million sf of retail assets in the Southeast/Mid-Atlantic region.
