The properties include:

* 615 West End St., the former James McMillan School. A tour is scheduled for 9 a.m. June 4.

* 1480-90 Townsend St., the former St. Charles School. A tour scheduled for 9 a.m. June 5.

* 8741 John C. Lodge Freeway, the location of the former Kiefer School. A tour is scheduled for 2 p.m. June 5.

* 7630 Harper Ave., the former Trombly High School, is available for lease only. A tour is scheduled for 2 p.m. June 4.

* 16776 Southfield Freeway, the former Lanston Hughes Academy is available for lease only. A tour is scheduled for 3 p.m. June 6.

The deadline for offers to buy or lease any of the properties is 3:30 p.m. June 18. The proposal must describe the proposed use of the property. The district reserves the right to restrict the use of the property.
