The Martin Van Buren Business Park is a six-building industrial park. Caravan has signed for building six, a 31,167-sf, concrete tilt-up building completed in 1975. The structure has five grade-level doors, five-dock high loading doors and 18-foot clear heights. Quoted rates at the park are 34 cents per sf monthly. The park is located less than a mile from Interstate 10.
In another lease, Southeast Cooler took 4,266 sf of industrial space at 21602 N. 2nd Ave. in Phoenix. Marc Pierce of Lee & Associates Arizona represented Southeast Cooler while Randy Warner of Arizona Industrial Properties bargained for the building owner.
