The Arkansas-based manufacturer of audio products will occupy 20,410 sf in the industrial complex. It will utilize the space, which is located at 2319 Moore Ave., for the storage and distribution of its products.
Klipsch LLC was represented by Ben Seybold and Zach Niles of CB Richard Ellis. Clyde Stauff and Brad Christian of Colliers Seeley International acted on behalf of Snyder Langston Operon Group.
Completed in April of this year, the Fullerton Business Park stands on a 10.91-acre parcel at the corner of Moore Avenue and Gilbert. The industrial complex consists of three buildings that encompass a total of 216,706 sf. All of the facilities in the project contain metal-halide lighting, 2% skylights and an ESFR sprinkler system.
