The project, with only two empty spaces, is being marketed by Bob Bramble, senior director of Frederick Ross Co.
Riverbend was built to fill a niche with quick-serve restaurants in the Littleton area, offering a comfortable atmosphere for coffee or a healthy lunch. The project features brick two brick buildings, colorful vibrant awnings, a bubbling fountain, soothing music, and flowers.
"Landon Enterprises developed nothing short of a high-end retail project at the gateway to downtown Littleton," says Chris Gibbons, director of business/industry for the city. "This project adds energy and vitality to the entire Downtown area."
"We pride ourselves on quality," says Blake Landon, vice president of Landon Enterprises. "Working with the best location and exposure, top construction, a great leasing team, and the finest tenants, allowed us to create a 'best' final product. We are certain neighbors and employers will embrace Riverbend."
Dick Landon, Blake's father, tells GlobeSt.com he would like to develop similar projects, but the right sites are extremely difficult to find.
''We are thrilled with the quality of locally and nationally recognized quick-serve tenants in the project," says Bramble of Ross. He says he has strong interest in the two remaining spaces.
Ross previously assisted Landon in its purchase of the 2-acre site for Riverbend.
The Mulhern Group, a Denver-based architectural firm, which designed a similar Landon project at 6th Avenue and Broadway at the edge of Denver's Central Business District, designed the project.
Landon Enterprises specializes in the redevelopment of infill properties.
