* Gyricon Media Inc. has leased about 42,000 sf in Terumo Office Park in Ann Arbor.

* Earl Romans has purchased the 63,000-sf Stoneridge Phase III in Bloomfield Hills from Transwestern Property Co. and Cigna Insurance.

* Collins and Aikman and Textron Automotive are relocating to the Troy Concept Center, occupying about 195,000 sf. Textron also placed 120,000 sf for sublease in its 750 Stephenson Road building in the city.

* Owens Corning leased about 56,200 sf at Beck West Corporate Park, near I-275 for its automotive solutions headquarters facility.

* Kojaian Cos. of Bloomfield Hills has also been busy. The company purchased the CitiMortgage Building in Farmington Hills from Citibank in a sale-leaseback transaction. The firm's Farmington Hills Corporate Center is also almost completed, at 182,280 sf.
