Wells Lures Hallowell from Cushman

ATLANTA-The former director of Cushman & Wakefield's structured finance group will lead Wells Real Estate Funds' efforts to expand its sale/leaseback portfolio which is shooting for $1 billion in investment sales over the next 12 months.

As the former director of Cushman &Wakefield's structured finance group, Hallowell developed synthetic lease and sale/leaseback transactions across numerous industries, according to a prepared statement from Wells.

Prior to his post at C&W, Hallowell was director of real estate advisory services at PricewaterhouseCoopers for 10 years. He is also a former vice president of marketing and product development for Deutsche Bank Realty Advisors.
