Byrd joined Colliers in 1997. He specializes in industrial, land and investment services. Byrd previously was employed by Colliers from Insignia/Paragon Group Inc. in various positions and Brookhollow Corp. as a vice president. He served three terms as president of NAIOP in Houston and Greensboro, NC.
Parsley, who specializes in office tenant, building owner and investment representation, joined Colliers in 1999. He previously worked at Grubb & Ellis as a vice president of the office services group. While at Grubb & Ellis, he was named to the Top 10 producers' roster. Parsley also spent 11 pre-commercial real estate years as a regional sales manager and marketing professional with Armstrong World Industries and the General Electric Co. in Omaha, Hartford, CT and Houston.
