Todd Stressenger and Janet Krolman, of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler's Boston office, arranged the joint venture financing for Glenwood Condominiums LLC, through TJJ Corporation, a private equity investment group, which is a division of CRES Development Company. The construction financing was arranged through Sovereign Bank.
The building, known as The Glenwood, is located at 145 Glenwood Street in the west end of the city. The Glenwood includes its own private park, with over 2.5 acres of open space. The building was originally built in 1890 as a school building and will feature architectural embellishments faithful to the building's Victorian-era origins, including turn-of-the-century lighting, a stone-entry staircase and wrought iron railings.
