The facility, on 12 acres that can be built out with another 40,000 sf, contains about 123,000 sf of warehouse space and 23,500 sf of offices, according to Colliers Houston senior vice president Jonathan B. Tesser, who's heading the marketing effort. Also involved with the property for Colliers Houston are senior vice president Michael G. Markey and associate Adam D. Citron. Originally developed by Matrix Development Group of Cranbury, NJ, the building is equipped with heavy power and is wired for fiber optics, according to Tesser.

RREEF is a real estate investment management company with more than $16.2 billion in assets under management. Colliers Houston, headed by David T. Houston, Jr., has its headquarters in Teaneck, NJ.
