Seller Mid Tex Oil, a major player in the oil industry in theregion, has a significant portfolio of Texaco stations in Centraland South Texas. The hawked asset carries the label and it willstay in place, Keith A. Coelho, president and principal of Henry S.Miller Commercial in San Antonio, tells He representedbuyer and seller in the transaction. More such sales, he intimated,could be coming as Mid Tex Oil rethinks its market positioning.

Coelho, who's keeping the price under wraps, said the SanAntonio property went on the market in March. The one-acre holding,with a 2,400-sf convenience store, attracted several bidders, hesaid. The property is situated along the high-traffic NorthwestMilitary Highway, north of Loop 410, in Castle Hills, a BexarCounty community positioned within San Antonio's bounds and ninemiles north of the downtown.
