Shelly Leaves Trammell Crow for Bowers

ATLANTA-Mike Shelly, long-time owner rep at Downtown's Peachtree Center, resigns to cross the street and market developer Richard Bowers' 305,000-sf office property at 260 Peachtree Tower.

Shelly will lease and market Bowers' 260 Peachtree Tower which reopened last October following renovation. The 305,000-sf, 96%-leased Downtown building is across from Peachtree Center.

Shelly and Bowers couldn't be reached. Terms of the contract Shelly has with Bowers weren't disclosed.
