His arrival coincides with Bryason receiving an exclusive leasing contract from Songy for the seven-story, 90,000-sf First Union Plaza at Federal Highway and Camino Real Boulevard in Boca Raton.
At Songy, Brooks handled the firm's operations in the Southwest and South Florida. Songy developed First Union Plaza. Architect Philip Johnson designed the structure.
Brooks, a 17-year real estate professional, will be marketing a property with a six-level parking garage, nine-foot finished office ceilings and three high-speed elevators.
The building's occupancy, average rents and age weren't disclosed in a prepared statement from Bryason.
