Stephen B. Schneidau of the Houston office of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. represented Liberty Supply in the lease. The building is owned by Aurora, CO-based ProLogis Trust. ProLogis has more than 1,700 distribution facilities worldwide. Art Barcley of ProLogis struck the terms for the building owner.
At a different property, Hedwin Corp. renewed a 16,012-sf lease for 4781 Eastpark Dr., also a Houston address. The warehouse is owned Chicago-based First Industrial LP. Grady Farris was First Industrial's rep for the talks.
Hedwin is a Baltimore-based designer and manufacturer of plastic containers, liner products for pails and drums and miscellaneous custom plastic parts. The Cushman & Wakefield team of John M. Talhelm and Kevin A. Erck brokered the renewal.
