The price is below replacement cost, according to area construction industry estimators.

"Knowing that there were very few single-occupancy buildings for sale in the South Broward area, we put in our offer for the Miramar building immediately," White vice president Mark Feltingoff says in a prepared statement.

Feltingoff is a principal with White general manager Irwin Kirsner in Felwin LLC, the property's buyer of record. Unisource is a subsidiary of Atlanta's Georgia Pacific Corp.

White plans to move its corporate headquarters and 80% of its 122 employees to Miramar in August. The company will close its Pompano facility at 200 SW 12th Ave. and its Miami-Dade County building at 10125 NW 19th St., Miami, but will continue to operate its Palm Beach County showroom at 7479 Central Industrial Drive, in Riviera Beach, FL.

Cushman & Wakefield of Florida Inc. broker Paul N. Isenbergh in Miami negotiated for the buyer. C&W's Wayne D. Ramoski in Miami and Ray Stache in Atlanta represented the seller.
