The company has already moved to the new location, which stands at 27081 Aliso Creek Rd., from its previous headquarters office in Orange. Marie Callender's has taken 16,445 sf at the Aliso Viejo site, according to the terms of the seven-year lease. The transaction is valued at $2.5 million.
The Orange County Corporate Services Team, led by Rick Sherburne, Alex Hayden and Travis Boyd, acted on behalf of Marie Callender's. The building owner, Carr America, was represented by Dave Whitney of Lee & Associates.
Marie Callender's, which opened its first restaurant in 1964, now has more than 170 locations in the United States. In addition, the company has opened two restaurants in Mexico City.
