The property is in good condition, according to George P. Dobbel, Pacific's Director of Property Operations, so efforts will focus on the leasing window and interior unit enhancements. The company will also invest in a strong marketing program. The new addition will be managed by Stratus Real Estate.

Pacific says this purchase, and another recent 28-unit purchase in Burlingame, Calif., reflect its aggressive investment in multifamily properties throughout California and the Pacific Northwest. The Villa La Paloma buy increases its number of West Coast units up to 3,468. Over the last two years, the privately held company has acquired over 800 units in the San Fernando Valley alone.
