Steve Pool of the Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented Blood Systems in the lease negotiations. Jack Stein with Patriot Commercial structured the deal for the building owner, California-based Brooks/Martin. Susan Barnes, Blood Systems' CFO, said in a prepared statement that the center is doubling its size with the relocation.
