The structure will have shallow rooted plants on the roof thatwill help absorb rainwater runoff. Washington Brick will occupy thetop floor, leaving the remaining 28,000 sf on the second and thirdfloors available for lease. There will also be a ground levelgarage at the site. Construction is scheduled for completion beforethis winter.
