Real Estate Industry Tenants Spur Renovation

BLUE BELL, PA-An area architectural firm leases 19,000 sf in a 48-000-sf renovated office building in this suburb of Philadelphia. With three other real estate industry tenants, occupancy rises above 50%. Rental rate is estimated at $23 per sf.

Without disclosing the rental rate, Kilduff principal James Kilduff says in a printed statement, the building "offers virtually a new building at very competitive rates." Area brokers who do business in the Philadelphia suburb tell GlobeSt.com comparable office rents in Blue Bell are approximately $23 per sf.

The building is in the center of the Blue Bell office market on a 4.5-acre site on Township Line Road, and 26,000 sf remain available.
