The creator of Special Blend, Foursquare Expedition Performance Systems and Jeenyus Snowboards has inked a three-year sublease to occupy 108,831 sf at 20081 Ellipse. According to the terms of the $1.93-million deal, Four Star will take space previously occupied by Journal Communications/IPC.
The sublessor, Journal Communications/IPC, was represented by Greg Haly of CB Richard Ellis and Joseph Carroll of Resource One. William Hugron of Charles Dunn Co. spoke on behalf of Four Star
.In addition to the sublease, Four Star has signed a two-year lease for the same 108,831 sf of industrial space at 20081 Ellipse. This agreement, which is valued at $1.16 million, will commence when the sublease expires.
In the lease transaction, Hugron acted on behalf of both Four Star and the building owner, ProLogis California I LLC.
