"The disposition of this asset is in line with our strategy to focus on larger, more dominant centers to grow the Ronus portfolio," states Rick Langhorne, president of Ronus.

Ronus currently oversees a portfolio comprised of nearly five million sf of retail space and 220,000 square feet of class A office space. Its retail holdings include dominant shopping centers located throughout the Eastern United States, all with a mix of national, regional and local merchants.
