Pace Integrated Systems has paid more than $1.1 million for the facility, which stands at 30442 Avenida Esperanza in the Brookhollow Business Park. The contractor, which is currently located in Laguna Hills, plans to move to the newly acquired facility in July.

Mark Jerue and Craig Fitterer in the Lee & Associates – Irvine Spectrum office acted on behalf of Pace Integrated Systems. The seller, The Brookhollow Group, was represented by Gregg Haly of CB Richard Ellis in Newport Beach.

The Rancho Santa Margarita sale follows on the heels of an industrial transaction in Brea involving a 31,863-sf facility. Saturn Partnership LLC paid $2.3 million for the Brea building, which is located at 2951 Saturn St. Private investor Harold Neibling sold the five-unit facility, which was 100% occupied at the time of sale.
