The four-building, 200,000-plus-sf industrial project is owned by Chicago-based First Industrial Realty Trust Inc. Bruce Campbell and Susan Evans, both of the Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis, represented the building owner in the negotiations with Terri's Consign & Design Furnishings, Westar Contract Kitchen and Bath Corp. and Adams Bros. Interiors and Cabinets.

Scottsdale-based Terri's Consign & Design Furnishings moved into 20,629 sf in a 10-year lease structured by tenant rep, Mark Krison, also of CBRE's Phoenix team. The company is a retailer of new and consigned furniture with six metro Phoenix locations, two stores in Atlanta and franchise operations in California, Colorado, Nevada and Tucson. The newest Phoenix location comes with prominent freeway visibility and positioning in the fast-growing northwest corridor.

Westar Contract Kitchen and Bath Corp., headquartered in Tempe, was represented by CBRE brokers Pete Wentis and Kevin Cosca. Its seven-year lease encompasses 11,898 sf. Westar will occupy the industrial space in August. The inbound tenant is one of Southwest's leading suppliers of major kitchen appliances, with locations in Arizona and Nevada.

Also due to arrive in August is Adams Bros. Interiors and Cabinets. It leased 11,528 sf for five years. Dan Howell of Phoenix's Wiley & Associates brokered the pact for the tenant.The Phoenix-based company is a supplier of floor coverings, kitchen and bath cabinetry, tile and slab countertops, garage cabinets, custom closets and window coverings.
