Another investment acquisition involving Orange County office product recently occurred in Anaheim. In that deal, Newport Beach-based WLA Investments paid $3.6 million for a 93% leased office facility. Tenants in the two-story, 38,986-sf building consist mainly of service-related companies, including engineering and design firms. WLA, which both develops and invests in commercial real estate, procured the facility from Leaverton-Rowland Associates. The building is located at 1290 N. Hancock St.
