Summit Laboratories is relocating from nearby Chicago Heights to this south suburb of Chicago. Part of the deal involved the company receiving Cook County property tax incentives over the next 12 years to help pay for a planned capital improvement project for the 31-year-old building at the Interstate 80 interchange. The company has 97,000 sf of warehouse space and 50,000 sf of showroom space to work with.

Meanwhile, Wheeling, IL-based Wickes is relocating its showroom to a nearby shopping mall.

NAI Hiffman executive vice president John F. Cash, SIOR and associate Stephen J. Connolly represented Wickes along with Chicago-based Leonard Associates principal Ken Leonard. Steve Duggan, a principal with Duggan Montana, served as tax consultant to Summit Laboratories.
