"I believe that Yancey-Hausman is the right company for me to continue my career," Pollan says in a prepared statement. He tells GlobeSt.com that the choice was mortared in Yancey-Hausman's camaraderie and good relationships.
Pollan says he will continue working in tenant representation and investment sales. His 15-year career accounts for the leasing of three million sf. His clients hail from the oil and gas, law, engineering, accounting, medical and dental fields. He also works with government agencies.
As for the market at large, Pollan's take is "there are a lot of strong positives coming up in the future." The market is definitely going to rebound, he says.
Tony Allen, Yancey-Hausman vice president of office leasing, says Pollan's "depth of experience and working knowledge of the industry, along with his established long-term relationships, have earned him a well-deserved place in the commercial real estate community."
Joining Pollan at Yancey-Hausman is Jackie Ritchie as a leasing associate. The 22-year professional has managed office, retail and industrial properties, including the 1.1-million-sf Baybrook Mall.
