Geoff Henrion of the Staubach Co.'s Dallas brokered the land sale on Champps' behalf. A Staubach source disclosed the property was purchased from Camden Realty, which used an in-house representative for the talks. GlobeSt.com previously was told that construction for the traditional model runs $130 per sf.
Champps Entertainment Inc. is headquartered in Englewood, CO. The chain has 34 company-owned stores and 14 Champps Americana franchises. In Houston, Champps has restaurants up and running at Willowbrook shopping center in the northwest submarket and Uptown Park in the Galleria.
