In the largest transactions, Harcourt Inc. renewed for 40,000 sfof warehouse space for the educational materials it produces, andEvergreen Printing Ink renewed for its existing 35,170 sf in twobuildings and expanded to a total of 51,200 sf, according to HayleyKnopple, associate general manager for Interstate Business Park.The two companies are long-time tenants at the sprawlingdevelopment.
Other renewals were by Envirotol Inc., a distributor of cleaningand office supplies (10,000 sf); Pacific Special Supply Corp.(10,000 sf); and Flow Control (5,000 sf). Also, direct mailer TotalMailing system signed an expansion lease for 5,000 sf, bringing itstotal presence to nearly 14,400 sf, and new leases were signed byTransforce Inc., Northstar Appraisal Corp. and Ott &Zimmerman.
